Russ Cooper is far and away the most accomplished pitcher/instructor in the St. Louis area. He not only talks a good game, he can demonstrate how its done. Russ has universal respect from the best in the country, including Gillis, Hillhouse, and countless collegiate coaches.

The most accomplished hitting instructor is in my opinion Mr. Viefhaus.

I would agree with both of the previous posters. Griener, Cooper, and also Randi Null is also very good. There are alot of pitching instructors out there, these are the ones I know.
